Log Always denied

Hi, I have a digital subscription from Cloth, Paper and Scissors Magazine and always, every month when I try to log in always denied to me, last month I complained and I got to log in but this month always the same issue, we can not recover password or even account number to ckeck "what  is going on" in this log in page (the worst that I have seen) my account number is 1969580, can please check whatt is wrong always with my account? I sent a e-mail with more details to techsupport@nxtbookmedia.com. Thanks in advanced.

Yes, I always used and always have issues with this subscription as I said below, and always Cloth Paper Scissors Digital Edition have given this answer that you gave to me, again.

Have no answer yet from the other e-mail, please, if this issue can not be fixed by now today,  I am really this time want my money back and want cancel it because if everytime I need to expect more then a week to resolve always this issue is not worth to me. CPS need improve digital system subscription because is very worst.

And I have another question: Why this page do not have a recover login and number account option? We always need to contact both CPS and Nxtbook Media when have issues.

Andrea, I am sorry that you are having these problems.  I looked in our email support system and saw that you were in communication with a customer service representative about this issue yesterday.  Please post a comment here again if they are unable to assist you.
